Sermon Information Dropdown Menu
I've been working with Logos in writing my sermons for a few years now. I have noticed that before, and after, the updates my dropdowns for sermon information fields are incredibly delayed or not appearing at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Logos multiple times, I have restarted the app repeatedly, and I have limited to no success. Where would I go from here to remedy this?

Do you mean things like the Topics field or are you referring to something else?
What sort of delays are you seeing?
Is the delay only in this specific area or are you seeing similar problems in other parts of Logos?
Which version of the Logos software are you using and on what platforms?
Are you able to post a link to a video showing the behaviour you describe?

In general, uninstalling and reinstalling is unlikely to address problems like this

The topic field experiences a delay, but I can usually edit it by the end of my second day working on my sermon. The scripture field rarely gives me a dropdown option, maybe one week out of a month. When I do get a drop down it is very temperamental and will only work if I type one character in at a time until it registers that I have done so. It takes me about 3 minutes to select a scripture.
I am using Logos 9 (and have used 7-8) on an HP Laptop with Windows 10. I can work on a video to show the behavior in the coming days. I will get back to you soon in that regard.
I have had this issue with every version of Logos I have owned and upgraded. I was unaware that it was unusual until recently.

Hi Travis - this does sound very strange
I don't experience anything like the delays you are describing - it may need someone from Faithlife Customer services to connect to your system and see if they can diagnose what is going on.

Do you get similar delays if you try and enter this information in the Sermon Manager Tool assuming you have access to that?
