Bug: Strange autocomplete problem with Sense Searching

(This is on Logos 9.0 SR2 on MAC Big Sur)

I have entered a sense search and want to add another one using the autocomplete menu

Selecting one enters the sense term correctly but also leaves the word to in the search string

This does not happen for the first search term but it does for the second and subsequent ones.
