How is it I don't have a license to view a product I own?
In the NT MS explorer...click on Chester Beatty Library...click on P45...I get a message I don't own this resource. But when I click on the link there, the FL page says I own this product.

Is the resource downloaded to your computer?
Not that that should cause this issue!

Which device/operating system/logos version?
I have that problem in my desktop with Windows 8.1. since it is using Logos 8
I have also a laptop with Windows 10 and Logos 9 - and not that problem in it.

I can't tell because the Library tool says I don't have it.
I'm going to check hidden resources and see if it ended up there somehow.

Problem almost solved (but not quite). A couple parts of this resource had made their way to the hidden resources area. After unhiding and restarting, I'm attempting to download them (but I can now see them in the Library).
Whew. I was stumped for a couple hours! Thanks for the nudge, Graham!
[Update: I am getting the following header on each of these resources and can't get them to download. The 'download now' button gives no response.

I have seen this happen to me recently but I am not yet sure if it is a problem. I have nothing hidden, so have been surprised to see this message from time to time. I restart logos and it seems to go away. Again, I am not yet sure if it is indicative of some bug.
