Factbook/Key Passages misses Gospel of John
Why do I not see John 11:49-51 and John 18:13-14 in the Factbook entry for Key Passages on Caiaphas, when you can see from the same Bible (RSV2CE), Caiaphas is not only mentioned, he is underlines from the Factbook Visual Filter, and the Factbook display box pops up when hovered over? (Note - if you watch the Factbook Video from Verbum 360, they both show up there!)

Key Passages is not a complete list of references but rather a curated set. You can always request that the curation be revisited. BTW - I'm one of those people who struggle to read dark mode. I try to avoid responding to them because I may have missed details of your screen shots. That is not a complaint but rather an explanation.

Thanks. So why do those verses show up in the Verbum 360 Factbook video and not here, even with the same Bible?

I don't have an explanation for why those particular verses show up in the video, other than to say that the video was created using an older version of the software and data.
Ultimately, MJ is correct that this Key Passages list is not meant to include all the passages mentioning the selected entry. For that, you will want to take a look at the Referred to As section or click the Search link in the See Also section and modify the search to meet your needs (I would recommend changing to a Bible search and then deleting the Milestone, Headword, and raw text terms at the end of the search text, or possibly just keep the Person term, depending on what you are looking for).

Because they were filming much of the series while using beta versions. The data shown was still in flux.
