Logos Crashes Upon Opening Notes

Every time I attempt to open Notes, the Logos App crashes. It doesn't matter if I'm trying to read a note I formerly wrote or if I'm trying to create a new note or if I try to open a Layout with a Notes tab. Logos will crash every time. It also doesn't matter if I'm making a note in my bible or in one of the resources. Any time I open notes, Logos crashes.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Joshua - welcome to the forums and sorry to hear you are having problems.

Which version of Logos software are you using and on which platform?

And please enable diagnostic logging, start Logos, open notes, and upload the logos.log file after Logos crashes.

Please upload it in a reply to this thread using the paperclip icon in the forum editor.

Thank you for your response.

I'm using Logos 9 (although this also happened with Logos 8); Microsoft Surface; Windows 10.

There were several files created after the diagnostic log. I've attached the ones I thought were pertinent (Error and Crash). If you would like the others, let me know.

The Logos.log file certainly shows the crash when accessing notes.

I'm afraid I can't determine, from that, exactly what is going wrong.

Hopefully someone else will be able to comment further.
