    Hi,

Doing a fresh install of Logos 8 on new M1 Mac mini, I can download fine, but I can't seem to login. I get the login screen, but the sign in button is greyed out and can't click it.

    Thanks,

    Juwon

Did you drag the dmg file to Applications folder and start it from there?

The log states Mac OS X 10.16, which appears to be Big Sur. That could be the issue even though other users have run Logos 8.17 on Big Sur beta.

Wait for experienced Mac users to comment.

    Hi Dave,

Yes the dmg file was dragged into the application folder. I have tried launching from the applications folder, from the launcher and even from the dock. The application launches fine, but at the login screen I can't click on Sign-in. I can input my email and password, but the sign-in button does not change. If I click on it, it does nothing. Help!

I tried downloading the latest build, but still the same...

    Thank you Jesus!

Ok, so figured it out.  I deleted my install. Downloaded the latest build. and then voila!

So what I don't think it liked was that I was inputting my email and password through the mac's "password" prompt. It would populate the field with the correct info, but does not allow the sign-in button to be clickable.

This time I typed in my email and then went to Safari's password panel and copied the password and pasted in the login screen and Logos 8 didn't seem to mind that. This is what I thought I did the first time... I guess I have a Faithlife Angel Progammer feverishly working in the background to thank!
