links not opening in logos 8
Hi, I recently downloaded logos 8 and have discovered that hyperlinks to not open the web browser when clicked. I found this page:
and followed all instructions. Everything was already set correctly. Links from other programs (excel) open the browser correctly.
An Example: Click the 3 dot menu on the main window. Click either help center, forums, or wiki. Nothing happens. I assume this should take me to a webpage.
Another example would be...in an passage list, click the 3 dot menu button. Click manage document sharing (has a blue icon which I am assuming means opens in either a new window or a web page). Nothing happens. The menu goes away, but no other window appears.

What version of Logos do you have (choose About... in the main window menu)?
What browser? If you choose Default Apps instead of the suggested option in Solutions 2 of the Support page, what is listed under Web Browser?

Browser: Chrome Version 87.0.4280.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Chrome is the default browser.

As Chrome is unable to process those links, I suggest you get another browser.

Are you saying that chrome as a browser doesn't work, or that the chrome on my computer doesn't work? Chrome is a recommended browser by logos.

I was saying you should try another browser e.g. Firefox. We have to check if it is Chrome only.
