Group doc not appearing in web app docs

This is new territory for me. I am sharing a number of documents with my son via a family group. Everything appears to be connected, i.e., his faithlife documents show them, but they do not appear in his web app document list. Is there a way to make this happen>

It looks as though the web app doesn't provide direct access to group or public documents.

He should be able to make a private copy from Faithlife.com and it should then appear in the web app (I haven't checked!) But any changes he makes won't be synced with your original version

Thanks, Graham. Private copy doesn't show up either.
