Usually, when a search section shows a small sample and an option to run a search, the count given for the search is exactly what you get when you run it. But here one is told that you will get 182 results when you run the search. But when you run it you get 337 results. I do not know which is the intended result.
EDIT: The 182 count is "on this device" while the 337 is both on this device and in the cloud.
