Order by Collections for using Search
I used to be able to order by Collections when using Search. This was very handy where I have two translations of a text, so a search always produced the one I actually use. It's a long time since I ordered my Collections, but I do remember that it is difficult to do due to the obscurity in finding the particular tool needed. My Collections need reordering and as I cannot find how to do it, I'm not even sure it even possible now. I use Verbum 9.1.
There is a post from 2015 on "Re-ordering collections" that I do not understand. Also Verbum always crashes when going through there menu tools/collections.

I'm not quite sure what you mean here.
We can select Collections to search in, but we can't order search results by Collection.
Can you expand a little on what you are trying to do?

Thank you for the surprising reply, surprising in the sense that I was not aware that my post has been posted. I tried several times only to receive an error message.
Where I have documents in varying translations, I want the translation I use to be prioritised in searches, so I put all documents into collections and ordered the collections for searching. It's 2-3 years since I did this and I can't remember how it was done except that it was difficult to find the right menu.
It needs updating but I cannot find the way to do it, including searching the unhelpful Help. It could off course be no longer possible.

I have just come across how it is done by accident so it's sorted. I doubt I'll remember how it is done the next time I need to update!
