huh... downloading resources question

Okay, so on my new Surface Pro, I had been using Logos 9 with "Download new resources" set to "no", and downloading stuff as I needed it. 

However, I've changed my mind (the prerogative of every woman ) and have it set to Yes, but now it only downloads all the new stuff as I get it. The old stuff is still sitting in the cloud, as it were.

Is there an easy way for me to get everything that's still in the cloud downloaded to my machine at once? Remove Logos and re-install...? If that is the answer are there any "yes but don't forget this will happen..." that I need to think about?
