BUG: notes gone crazy

I am teaching a class on Jonah. I created a document that I will hand out to the class with my notes on each verse in Jonah. Then I thought I would add these notes to Logos. So at every verse in my English Bible, I added a note to that verse. And, of course, it added them to every verse in my lxx and Hebrew Bible.
Now I get to the first verse of the chapter, and I see that in the Hebrew and lxx Bibles, all the notes were also added to the first verse. So for now, I have 7 notes to verse one in the Hebrew and Greek Bibles in addition to the same notes added to the verses.
What is going on? Can I change this?
Thank you

I see the same thing.
It doesn't seem to affect other English translations, and doesn't seem to extend to other books (I tested Genesis)
But I'm afraid I don't know why it is doing it!

thank, Graham
I just opened some commentaries, and the same notes are there as well. Not all, but some. A lot of them.
