A problem with Sermon Builder
So... I'm on my pc... and I create a sermon document for my study of book of Joel. I name it "Outline 29 - Joel" and I pile all my thoughts and studies into the document.
And I look at it on my phone... all is well... except I cannot view all the document. So... I think ... document is too big.... sooo... On my pc... I change the name of the document to "Outline 29 - Joel-1" and create another document called "Outline 29 - Joel-2" and split the documents.
Problem is.... on my phone.... it still shows up as "Outline 29 - Joel". Sooo... I restart my phone... to no avail... all I see is "Outline 29 - Joel" I don't see "Outline 29 - Joel-1" or "Outline 29 - Joel-2".
Sooo.... I restart Logos 9 on my pc.... still with same results.
What am I missing? How do I get "Outline 29 - Joel-1" and "Outline 29 - Joel-2" to show up on my phone?

I'd be surprised if that is the case.
Are you saying that the sermon document is truncated in some way.
What sort of phone do you have - Android or iOS?
Are you running Logos 9 on mobile?
How do I get "Outline 29 - Joel-1" and "Outline 29 - Joel-2" to show up on my phone?
If you go to documents.logos.com and look at the list of documents there do you show both the -1 and -2 documents?

Yes the original was truncated.
I have android phone system.
On my phone... I think I am running Logos mobil (it's an app).
If I go to document.logos.com .... I don't see "Outline 29 - Joel-1" or "Outline 29 - Joel-2"
All I see is the original "Outline 29 - Joel"
I also reloaded the app on my phone.... still the same.
I wonder if it has to do with the naming somehow???

Ok
When we create documents on the desktop (or mobile for that matter) they are synched to Logos servers and are visible in documents.logos.com
The fact they are not visible there means they are not syncing up into the cloud which explains why they aren't appearing on your mobile - so it's not a mobile issue.

I've just created a sermon doc called Outline 29 - Joel-2 and it synced fine so it's not a naming issue.
I recommend you:
- stop Logos
- ensure diagnostic logging is enabled
- start Logos
- click the sync button - the small wheel towards the top right to sync everything
- when that has finished stop Logos
- Upload the logos.log file in a reply to this thread
Details of using logging are available at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027869132-How-to-Enable-and-Submit-Log-Files
Also, please advise if there is an exclamation mark in the middle of the sync wheel

Thanks for your help. I found the problem... In Program Settings ---> Internet--->Use Internet.
I had turned that off to use only on my pc... when that switch is turned off... then Logos 9 on my pc will not sync. In fact when you turn that switch to "No" then you don't have a sync circle in Logos on your pc.
I switched it back to "Yes" and everything synced... and I am all better. I see all the files I should.
Thanks for your help!
