Problems downloading OT310 Videos

It could be available to download, so click on any download notification and let it happen. Otherwise, it could be stuck, so upload some logs.

It seems to be stuck at "downloading".
Renaming the folder "Downloaded" in ResourcesManager did not help (see https://community.logos.com/forums/t/181105.aspx).
Here are my logs:

Try renaming this folder: /Users/eberlein/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/d5641vkc.6jn/CloudResourceManager/

Many thanks, Andrew, for your suggestion. Unfortunately, it is still stuck at downloading.

Try removing the CloudResourceManager folder again (it will have been recreated), and also rename /Users/eberlein/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/d5641vkc.6jn/UpdateManager/
Then give it a few minutes after startup to determine the status of each resource.
You may need to request for it to be downloaded again, although note that if your blue notification icon at the top of the main window indicates that any other update is occurring, then there may be a delay before the requested download starts.
If this also gets stuck, then please post your log file again.

Thanks so much, Andrew. This did the trick. As soon as Logos had started, it indicated that the OT310 videos were updated.
