I don't have the function of Send to Microsoft (2010)
I have the word 2010 as it is shown above I don't have the option of sending to Microsoft word or any other. Could it be that while Microsoft has stopped its support for it. If it is so how or what or which can I do to proceed the function? What could be the best option?

Your screenshot seems to lack a scrollbar (maybe there is no), since the Send to Word Document will be in the box below the Print button - and it works for me (sorry, German UI was up - but I think you can read it :-) ):
Do you use a small monitor with Program Scaling?

Thank You MB.Mick . I have got the solution. It is due to the Program scaling. I have not reduced it to a lower scale and everything is now clear,
