BUG: Strange freezing/truncation of resource information panel in library

On resources such as 5Q7 Lamentations B. Bellingham, WA: Lexham Press, 2010. which shows no collection in the information panel in the library, the information panel will scroll or expand no further than the collection section. Unfortunately, I want to see the field section which is unaccessible.

I'm not able to reproduce this. Could you post a screen recording so I can see exactly what behavior your seeing. Also could you post your logs?

Turns out the resources are not downloaded on to machine. The arrow shows that the scroll bar has reached its limit.
