Factbook stuck on Colossians
Hi there
When I click on TOOLS and then FACTBOOK a new window appears giving me details about the Epistle to the Colossians. I can't change it. I type things in the search box but nothing happens? Is it only available for certain Logos editions and I happen to have the wrong sort or is it available for everyone?

Can you open the About Panel of the application and let us know what version of the app you are running?

Hey Charles,
The app is very out of date, and this could likely be the problem. Can you please type in the Command Box the following: Set update channel to default
Then allow the app to update, restart and also download any resource updates. Once that has finished let me know if this still does not work. You should update to 8.17 SR-3.

Thanks, I did that but it said there were no updates. I restarted and it went through updating but I am still on the same software number. How do I update to 8.17 SR-3?

Try downloading directly from the install link https://www.logos.com/install you'll need to be logged into your Logos account in the web browser you downloaded it with. Then manually run the installer.

Okay, will give that a try. It is an old .exe file that I used to install after having to reset Windows 10. Thanks for your help
