Must "Faithlife Biblical and Theological Lists" be Downloaded for Functionality?

My question has to do with how the software works.
I don't remember where (maybe the Concordance tool or Bible browser?), but in one of the Morris Proctor training videos, he explained that Logos can list all of the miracles, prayers, etc. in a Bible book or section. I know there are Datasets that define this internally, but what about the "Faithlife Biblical and Theological Lists?" Is the functionality of this tool (or tools) contingent upon these resources being downloaded on my device?
I have six: "All the Altars in the Bible," "All the Meals...," etc, and would prefer to remove them from my device as long as I don't lose functionality.

The only functionality associated with those resources is that if they are download, a preview will show up in Factbook if you select the entry associated with one of the lists.
