Problem with atlas?
Trying to load almost any atlas locks up the mobile app. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t help either. Is this a known problem?

9.2.1 on iOS really struggles with Carta for me. When I try to go to a new page that includes a map, the app locks up and the wheel spins, but eventually the page loads. The lock up is temporary for me, but significant.

Thanks Brad! Yes, I was trying to load Carta, and it never did load. I think I need to go back and reset the workspace just to be able to use the app again. Can anyone from Logos comment on why this happens? Is there anything we can do to improve this behavior? Thanks.

Working with Carta's New Century Handbook and Atlas of the Bible (not downloaded) Logos Beta 9.3.0 and IOS 14.4.
After a couple of seconds to download the initial data the Display seems to move fairly smoothly through the book.
Did I understand the problem you were describing? If so there is light at the end of the tunnel with the next stable release.

My experience, unfortunately, is not the same as Mike's
With the resource not downloaded to my device I get poor scrolling performance and lots of delays in both the stable release (Verbum app) and the beta release (Logos app).
Downloading the resource to my device gives good, consistent, performance.
So I think there is a problem with how these types of resources are being handled. As a temporary workround I recommend downloading them onto your device.

Graham, I totally agree with your assessment. This is exactly the performance that I see as well. Loading a non-atlas resource from the cloud works as it should, but attempting to use an atlas while listening to a sermon at church means that I may be locked up until church ends--not a good experience. As you said, downloading the resource to my device is the only way to get acceptable performance. I'm hoping this will be fixed eventually.
