Categorizing, tagging, labeling, notebooks? Best way to organize by theme

I'm fairly new to Logos and I'm trying to determine the best way to organize my thoughts on certain topics as I do my Bible studies. As an example, I like to study the Word for passages related to finances. Historically, I just use green underline highlights, but this isn't very helpful when I want to pull those up collectively. I'd like to be able to categorize or "tag" verses into subcategories like generosity, contentment, debt, etc. I would then ideally be able to pull these together to see all verses tagged as finance, or finance: Generosity, or finance: contentment. Make sense?

I've considered adding label attributes to my highlights to categorize, but I can't tell if that's the best way to do it. I've read up on it, but it's still confusing to me. I also considered creating a Finance: Contentment notebook and dragging those highlights into the notebook. That seems a bit cumbersome and not very flexible for my needs.

I'm sure some of you are doing something like this. What are some good options? Thanks in advance!

You need an additional attribute called Type which has Text values like generosity, contentment, debt, etc (one of those could be the default value)..

If you want to identify the values in the Notes tool, then assign a Tag value after highlighting (at bottom right, where it says Add tags...). You will see them in the Filter sidebar under Tags.

You will have to add these values to existing highlights (you can edit Labels at bottom right by clicking). Unfortunately, you can't identify the style in the Notes tool, but you can run a search for {Highlight style} e.g. {Highlight Finance}. If you go the Label route, you can identify values in a Search of the resource(s) using {Label Finance WHERE Type ~"generosity"}. You can Search for tags in Notes, but it is not as convenient as using the sidebar Filter.
