Perseus collection is missing Josephus

For some reason the Perseus collections in Logos do not include the works of Josephus. The Perseus website has Whiston's English translation of various works (http://www.perseus.tufts.edu/hopper/text?doc=Perseus%3Atext%3A1999.01.0146) as well as the Greek text of some of his works.
Josephus is very useful for the study of the New Testament. Some other classical works seem to be missing as well (https://community.logos.com/forums/p/172485/996099.aspx#996099).

Does this mean that since Faithlife has a version of this book that they charge for, they do not provide access to the same book that is part of the Perseus collection?
Is this true, whenever there is overlap between Logos books and books in the Perseus collection?

I noticed when Perseus came out that there were a few texts missing where there were more complete Logos Research Editions already available. That said, since Perseus came to Logos, a lot of Loebs have been added as full Logos editions, so there is now an overlap.

If your livelihood depended on selling books, would you not do the same?

I assume so.

I don’t think that is true or it is a mistake. Herodotus is in Perseus as well as another better tagged version (that is what I was told once)
