Hengel Judaismandhellenism Vol2missingpages

Just bought one of the Wipf & Stock specials:

Hengel, Martin. Judaism and Hellenism: Studies in Their Encounter in Palestine during the Early Hellenistic Period. Translated by John Bowden. Vol. 1 & 2. Eugene, OR: Wipf and Stock Publishers, 2003.

It's two volumes as a single resource, but the first 200+ pages of Volume 2 appear to be missing. Am I missing something?

The layout of the book is unorthodox. The first 200 pages of Volume 2 are the endnotes to Volume 1.

As per our standard, we captured these as footnotes.

Ah, Thanks so much for the explanation, Kyle.

And I really appreciate the conversion of endnotes so they work as footnotes. That's just perfect for digital books, and for how I work.

    Thanks.
