Great to hear that.
Thanks

Thanks! May I ask why a particular resource came over as an ebook instead of a Logos Research Edition. It is a commentary:
0:7920 - Philippians, Colossians, and Philemon—The Fellowship of the Gospel and the Supremacy of Christ

It's in the process of being updated. Looks like it will be available late October.
In the meantime it can still function as a Bible Commentary. i.e. it is supported in the passage guide and is indexed with Bible milestones.

I have placed 2 resources in Pre-Pub folder for purchase, they both are by Mark Hitchcock and are titled:
- 101 Answers to the Most Asked Questions About the End Times
- The Second Coming of Babylon: What Bible Prophecy Says About...
When I placed them in Pre-Pub (back in May) they were tagged as being in production. I initially thought they were publications that were just being prepared into the Logos digital format, but I did some digging and it looks like they are being migrated from WordSearch.
These are not resources that I owned in WordSearch, but am wanting to purchase as a resource from Logos. So a couple of questions:
- I'm guessing, at some future date these resources will be available for purchase from Logos once the migration process is completed, is that correct?
- Because I have them in a Pre-Pub folder, when they are converted to Logos format, will I get an notification from Logos that they are ready for purchase?
- Or, because I have already designated them as a Pre-Pub purchase, will they just be billed automatically and then appear in my resource library with the usual follow up email receipt?
And I'm guessing from the postings here that the conversion is still somewhere out in the future, with a date uncertain, correct?

Almost certainly.

One usually gets a note a few days before release warning that ones credit card is going to be hit. You can still cancel at this point.

All of the above but change the first word from 'or' to 'and'

I disagree! Today's technology this should have been done in six months. Logos does not take the extra step to answer customer questions or communicate.
Well, I'm no expert.... but.... I was a WordSearch person.... bought into WS with hook line and sinker. But since the merger... here is what I have found...
Logos has been Nothing but the best in being considerate, responsive and active in taking care of problems. And they do so in a timely manner.
I don't remember getting that total response from WS.
I also believe that Logos is a much more massive program than WS... with many more customers, the customer base is huge! And for them to be as responsive as they have been with me.... is nothing short of amazing!
I believe that if you give them have a chance.... they will do the same with you!
Just my 2 cents..... which if you put $2.25 with it will buy a cup of coffee in some places! [8-|]

It appears that the conversion of WordSearch resources into compatible Logos resources has been completed based on the conversion status information in this link: https://www.logos.com/wordsearch/catalog?utm_source=constantcontactmailing&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=promo-ws-2020&utm_content=top5things
All my WordSearch resources transition/conversion has been completed.
I have tried to purchase some resources from Logos that were transferring from WordSearch based on the link above. When trying to purchase those resources in May, they were noted as being "In Production" and were placed in "Open Pre-Pub" folder. I recently tried to purchase another resource that, when I checked, it was also coming from WordSearch and also had gone the conversion process and is labeled the same as the other 2.
My question is concerning the following resources:
- 101 Answers to the Most Asked Questions About the End Times by Mark Hitchcock
- The Second Coming of Babylon: What Bible Prophecy Says About... by Mark Hitchcock
- New International Dictionary of New Testament Theology, Abridged by Verlyn D. Verbrugge
These 3 show in the link above as "Available" and either "Logos Research" or "Logos Reader."
I understand when they are available for purchase that I'll get notification because they are in my "Open Pre-Pub" account folder. But I was wondering if I can get a targeted timeframe for their purchase availability. Over the past year plus during the WordSearch transition process I have purchased a few books in either hard copy or other digital format when they were not going to be available for some extended period of time. That is not my preferred method as I am trying to keep everything within Logos.
Please advise.

These shows as 'in production' so it will likely be a month of so from it hitting that stage before you will see the release email. I would imagine there will be a deal more work to do with the Dictionary so that might lag behind the others.
