Provided that you are subscribed to the right email list, yes. Do check your spam folders.
The emails are not necessarily sent on the first of the month. Is your birthday towards the beginning, middle, or end of the month?
Call CS or get it from someone. Mine didn’t come through email last year so I got it elsewhere. It happens, but if you’re registered the coupon will work if you’re not registered the coupon will not work.

Thanks, to everyone. Yes I’m subscribed to the right email list. I’ve always received birthday coupons in the past, but not so far this year. My birthday is coming up this week so I thought it would’ve shown up by now. I’ll call him to CS if I don’t receive it by the end of the week.
I wouldn't wait. I find the email generally comes out on the first day of the month - although sometimes goes into spam.

There is always a first time for everything. Within 30 minutes of posting my above reply, I received my Birthday Coupon for this month. Check your email!
