Clicking the icon, nothing happens.
I already tried deleting and reinstalling the app.

I have tried to follow your workflow Ariel/
Looking at the video you seem to skip the downloading which I would think is a mistake.
I do not see you dragging the Proclaim Icon over the Application Folder at 19 secs you appear just to click on the icon.
Please confirm that you dragged the Proclaim Icon over the Applications Folder Icon.
