Is it possible to anchor multiple passages at once instead of only one at a time?

And

Is it possible to link from one resource (Book) to another resource (Commentary).

    I'm not sure I understand the question but if I do, I think the answer is no.

    Is it possible to link from one resource (Book) to another resource (Commentary).

    Yes, use the panel menu and make them a linked set (in this case A)
