Intertext Search in Lake's Apostolic Fathers

Why does intertext search not work in the English version of Lake's Apostolic Fathers but it does work in the Greek version of Lake's Apostolic Fathers?

I'm reading in the English version and I:

  1. right-clicked on 1 Clem 29.2
  2. selected the inter text label in the context menu
  3. ran a basic search
  4. No results. Ditto with Inline search
  5. When I expanded the search range from search "in Lake's...English" to "Lake's Apostolic Fathers" [Series], I get the hit I was expecting, but only for the Greek version.

Why would I not be able to run these searches on the English version?
