How long should we expect a correction to resource type in the Library to take to be reflected in Factbook?
I would need to see an example of what you're looking at first. I don't have a good answer right away.
These are two different notions of "type" (and we have more): i'm not sure they'll get completely in sync, though i understand why that would be desirable.
As to the larger question of "how often do things get updated": it's about two weeks between an internal change and that change getting shipped. There might also be lag in actually making the change, though: we still have lots of fixes we're doing internally.
