Highights from iPad not showing up in Windows laptop

I am highlighting in my iPad but the highlights are not showing up in my Windows laptop.

On my iPad even when I go to "Edit Note" and the panel opens and I press "Set Notebook" the only notebook that shows up is "No notebook" even when I try "Search Notebooks..."

Can anyone help me?

What Notebooks do you have set up?

If you go into the Notes Tool on the iPad and select Notebooks what do you see listed? Please post a screenshot (using the paperclip icon in the forum editor)

Do you mean they don't show up in the Notes Tool on Windows or they don't appear in your resources?

For some reason the highlights just showed up in the iPad. Maybe it took the 12 hours or so for the two different devices to sync. Thank you!

For some reason the highlights just showed up on my Windows laptop. Perhaps it took the 12 hours or so for new iPad to sync with the laptop. Thank you!
