Restart to apply theme changes.
Two of the really annoying things about Logos.
1. The banner that appears every morning and makes me dismiss it.
Restarting never makes any difference and I have no desire to make 'Theme Changes' anyway.
2. This
Which doesn't even have an 'x' to allow it to be dismissed.
On its own a minor annoyance. Over a period a significant waste of time.

Mike, can you try setting your Application Theme in Program Settings to something different than it currently is. Then restart, then set it back to your desired value and restart. Then let us know if you still get the notification to restart. If so, please post your log file.

'tis done - changed from 'System' to 'Light' and then back to 'System'. This is a setting that I have never meddled with previously.

Did that fix the problem then? If so, I suspect that somehow an invalid value got stored in the setting, so the application would try to apply that invalid value every time it started up..

You will need to wait until the morning GMT before I will know.
When I know you will know. :-)
