searching by tags
I definitely appreciate the improvement in ways that we can search our notes with the new Notes Tool. I am adding tags to many of my notes, both ones that I created in the past, and new ones as well. But the list of tags in the Filters column is incomplete if you have more than 30 different tags. Is there a way of searching for a tag in the Notes search bar? Neither tags:Name of tag or mytag:Name of tag seem to work.

You can use the Find box in the Filter sidebar to find tags and other kinds of facets.
We'd like to add support for searching by tag in the main search box.
We may add a Tags sidebar in the future to enable richer tags management.

Thanks Phil. I had forgotten that there is a search bar right at the top of the filter column. That will do what I am looking for.

I would love to have a list of all my tags somewhere. Currently I keep a manual list so that I can try to avoid making different tags for more-or-less the same topic (e.g. "care" and "compassion").

If you have a long list of tags, not all of them appear in that list.

If you select more it should expand the list. You may need to select more multiple times, depending on the number of note tags you have.

I have more than 30 tags, but only 30 display and I only have the option of clicking "more" once - and then only the top 30 tags show up.
So a separate Tag list that reveals all my tags would be helpful.

I suspect this should be reported as a bug. I'm seeing the same thing.

Hi - I'm seeing the same thing: I am also only given the option of clicking "more" once, and after that, I only see the top 30 tags. Is there a way to see all my tags listed somewhere? Thank you for any ideas!

Welcome to the forums. You have responded to a thread that is over a year old. You will be better served by starting a new thread, stating what platform you are running on, and clearly stating where you are only seeing the top 30 tags.
