Missing Adrian Rogers Unlocks

I purchased the Adrian Rogers Legacy Collection from Wordsearch during the video promo. Some of the unlocks aren't showing up in my account. Here are all of the unlocks I am supposed to have:

I purchased Adrian Rogers legacy collection with wordsearch bible and need to transfer it to my new desktop. I tried copying it and that didn't work. Can you help? Thanks

I bought the supplement material in a special Logos base package months ago but the resources have not download yet. In the website it shows I already own it, but the prepub is also showing since I had preordered it also. Can you check how long before we get our purchase, please?

By the way, I got the Adrian Rogers Supplement as part of the Logos 10 Southern Baptist Library. I purchased it on 6/7/2024 and I think it had other resources that haven’t downloaded yet.

@DAL I don't think they've released it yet. Mine is still showing Under Development. I have everything in my library now except for the supplemental content.

@Frank R. Johnson My Wordsearch glitched recently. Since I already had Logos on my machine, I fired it up and 99% of my Wordsearch library was already migrated over to it (except for those few unlocks I mentioned here that CS took care for me). Moving forward, instead of trying to cobble together a Wordsearch migration, I'll just install the latest Logos engine on the machine, sign in, and have my Wordsearch books appear.
