Update Error

When I started Logos today, it tried to update, but I got a message saying "The installation of Logos Bible Software" did not succeed. No details were given. I tried 3 times but it gave me the same message. I don't what I should do.

Currently the software shows that I am using 9.3.0.0040. I am using Windows 10.

There is a support document for this error, hopefully this will help you first, but if not post back and perhaps others will have a few ideas.

I checked the support document. Tried the reboot but got the same problem, so I tried to run the installer (solution 2). In my case it is called logos-x64.msi.

When I ran it I got this message: "The installer has encountered an enexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2503."

And after I hit "ok" on that message, I got "Logos Bible Software Setup ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, run Setup again...."
