TYPO: How do I report a typo in a TOC pane?

Grudem, 2nd ed, Ch. 16, section H...in the TOC, the section letter is 'h' while all the others are capitalized.

Eating a steady diet of government cheese, and living in a van down by the river.

    I've encountered this before. I went to the title page, clicked on a period or other small character, then made detailed notes about where the issue was. I think as long as your SHOULD BE text is right and you comment very well, you should be fine regardless of where you originate the typo report from.

    Generally speaking the TOC Entry corresponds with heading text in the body of a resource. Highlighting the corresponding text and making a typo report there works really well.
