NET Bible Visual Filter

I'm trying to 'turn on' or see my Bible highlights in the NET Bible version from other versions that I have such as ESV, NIV, etc.  There doesn't seem to be a 'corresponding' visual filter choice in Notes and Highlights in the NET Bible.  Interestingly, the Notes feature seems to work across translations, but not the highlighting.  Anyone figured this out, or is a limitation with the NET Bible translation?  Thanks

    Welcome Clark! [:)]

There doesn't seem to be a 'corresponding' visual filter choice in Notes and Highlights in the NET Bible.

This requires that you own (or subscribe to through a FB subscription) the reverse interlinear for the NET Bible. Can you verify that you do in fact own this?

I just verified that it is working for me.

Thanks JT...yes, I own both the OT and NT NET reverse interlinears, 2nd edition...at least that's what my Logos 9 Gold says...

The Corresponding Notes and Highlights VF requires the Starter Feature set (and higher). If you have the reverse interlinears you should see this icon Resource Interlinear Icons in the toolbar.

For clarification: the RI’s do not come in Logos 9 Gold (https://www.logos.com/product/195377/logos-9-gold)

It does come with either a Faithlife Connect subscription OR the purchase of a high enough feature set. https://www.logos.com/feature-upgrades

If you click on the silver festutre set, for example, you can see the RI and verify that you own it.

Thanks Dave...yes, that's what has me perplexed...I have Logos 9 Silver edition (I said Gold earlier, but it's Silver), and so I have included all the Starter Feature set, and when I go to the Logos 'store', and log in with their dynamic pricing, it says I already 'own' the Starter Feature set, but on the NET Bible feature bar, the interlinears button doesn't appear (like it does on all the other Bible versions/translations I 'own').  Can't figure it out, but thanks very much.

Thanks again JT...I misspoke earlier - I have Logos 9 Silver edition, not Gold.  And like I said in the other reply, I have the reverse interlinears in my feature set, and as you suggested, when I bring up the Silver ediiton in the Logos 'store' and am in my account, it shows that I 'own' it...same for the NET Bible RI specifically...not sure what else to try other than a call to Logos support.  Thanks again for your input and thoughts.

In Silver you have access to the 2nd edition RIs (as you mention above) but not the RIs for the first edition of the NET Bible

So I think this is why you are not seeing the RI functionality - as you don't have the RIs for the version of the NET Bible you have (and v2 is still in production)

Thanks very much Graham...this is very useful too.  I understand what you're saying, even though it seems a bit odd that if I have the 2nd edition, I don't automatically have the 1st edition.  At least I'll be good when the actual v2 of the Bible itself comes out.  Thanks again.

it seems a bit odd that if I have the 2nd edition, I don't automatically have the 1st edition.

This is the expected behavior for different resources. For example, the NIV84 ≠ NIV11. They are two different resources which require separate purchases. When a resource is updated and is considered the “same resource,” (such as when the ESV made some changes), then the updates are free. This works to some people’s favor, but not others... if you don’t like the changes, for example, you are SOL.
