There are some savings to be had by ordering the correct bundle/collection/update/upgrade, depending on what you already own. I had some individual pre-pubs on order that I saved quite a bit on by ordering the group they were already included/contained in. It takes a bit of work, but worth it.

Dale is correct that some investigation is necessary! I already own the 66 volume collection, but the 51 volume collection contains 5 volumes that are not in the bigger collection.
Tyndale Commentaries | TOTC/TNTC (51 vols.) | Logos Bible Software
Use the "expand all" and "Hide owned" to find what you may gain.

I don't know anything about the authors of the new versions though. If anyone does, it would be great if you share. [:)]
What is the value of the Tyndale commentaries? OT? NT? Do the NT ones offer something that the (similar?) IVPNT ones do not? What value do the Tyndale commentaries have for people whose theology is not evangelical Protestant?
There are other ways to acquire some of them, too:

As Rick points out, these 5 are new volumes that are not included in any of the 3 links that SineNomine provides.
as for SineNomine's other question - as an "intermediate" commentary, This series IMHO probably provides little insight to those who are decidedly not evangelical Protestant. (since I AM in that camp, I find it a standard "go to")
Thank you.
These seem to be the additional OT volumes:

If you own TOTC/TNTC 66vols., you own the Ecclesiastes and Proverbs commentaries you may correct me if I'm wrong. I own these and this is where I believe I picked them up. I could be wrong and I purchased them independently. Nahum et al., Joel et al. and Hosea as well as Hebrews are among the vols. you pick up if you purchase TOTC/TNTC 51vols. Isaiah, Obadiah, Jonah and Micah as well as Luke and Romans are prepubs. Would you clarify which John resource you are referring to?
Thanks for those clarifications. This is the revised John volume that's included.
