I haven't been receiving email notifications of thing I post in the forum, so I am doing this test before I call them again.
Does it work?
If you aren’t getting emails from the forums (rather than promotional emails from Logos), the problem is most likely on your side. For example, an organization I belong to uses a certain website to create meeting agendas, which are then emailed out. My employer blocks emails from that website. It is completely unrelated to the organization I belong to, but nevertheless results in no emails being delivered to me. I use an alternate email address for that purpose.
Your problem, most likely, is one of those three things. The problem I described above, however, would be something on my side that can’t be controlled. If something like that were to be the case for you, either you would have to work with your provider to see if something could be done OR you would need a new email address.
There is still a chance that the issue is on FL’s side AND they can do something about it, but I wouldn’t put money on it.
I do have one more suggestion:
Click the “edit” button (upper right corner) and make sure you didn’t turn off emails.
I didn't call them yet. I'll do that in a minute.
I called them before. I did the things you suggested, at least what I understood.
I didn't change anything over here. They just stopped one day. I checked site before I called them to see if anyone had responded. But other posts I have made in the past, I don't keep checking on them, so I don't know if anybody said any more to them.
