It looks like poor old Barnes will be the last man standing in Community Pricing in the not too distant future--Unless Logos adds some more titles soon.

And Barnes is the one that I'm waiting for [:(] ...Barnes' Notes are one of the few reasons that I still open e-sword occasionally.

Barne's Notes has seen a lot of Community Pricing titles come & go. I think Albert will be there forever!
I do hope we get a lot of new CP listings to start pushing. I get my best deals off that page. I think it would be neat to get a bunch of the Puritan fathers from the Pre-Pub list moved over to Community Pricing. More exposure and a grassroots effort just may be what they need.
I remember reading a post a while back that Barnes' Notes had generated more interest and more bids than any other Community Pricing title ever had...I guess it just has a high production cost?
I think this is an excellent idea.

I think production cost is basically the same per page . The "high interest" is demonstarted by the number of bids but the many bids are lower than usual for the volume of pages. Most would welcome having Barnes in their library but probably view it as a lower shelf commentary compared to all the others available. I used Barnes for Sunday School lesson prep for about 12 years. I'm fond of it and have bid higher on the chart but am not topped out right now.

Really? I haven't even put a bid on Barnes. I'll go ahead and bid and try to get something going.
I think if I remember right it was said in the forums that if everybody would raise their bid (I do not remember by how much?) that their was enough people to get it off of CP. So maybe if everyone would raise their bid by 10 or 20 dollars we would be on our way. When I bid on CP I always bid the max, because it nevers goes that high and it helps the book or books get going.

Same with me. I bid the max.

Per page, yes...but it is a relatively large resource, so I was talking total cost.

I agree, it's not something I "need" or view as a critical priority...but of the few resources that I do still have and reference in e-sword, this one and K&D (which I will get when I upgrade to Silver) are the two that I go to frequently enough to want to get them in Logos :-)
One down, only two to go! Lets clear Community Pricing out this weekend (except for old man Barnes) and show Logos that their users are finally serious about community pricing and it is time to ram up the program!
I went back and raised the bid on all the community pricing things I'm interested in.
It's now 2 down and one more to go to leave old man Barnes the last man standing!
Check it out. Barnes is now the only one left!
