Prioritized commentary collection has "0 volumes" - Logos 9

I just setup a new computer, and installed Logos. While my resources are listed in the priority order that I had on the “old” computer, almost all of the series show 0 volumes, and so what Passage Guide shows is nowhere near what I expect. Example: NAC is my top prioritized commentary series, but no commentary from NAC (or any other series, for that matter)  is listed because 0 volumes are shown as selected for prioritization. And, yes, the count on the left when I sort by series is correct. I'm not sure I've got my terminology entirely right but I think you get the drift.  I’m not enthused about re-prioritizing all of my many series. What’s gone wrong? Help!

    Have you checked that the resources are downloaded to your computer?

    For example, in the Library, select the NAC series and check whether they are shown as on This Device

    Thanks for the fast response.The info you have "circled" with a rectangle reads the right number- that's what I was trying to say by "the count on the left...is correct." There are 43 volumes in the NAC, my count is 43, and 0 are available. THe message I get when I try to open it is "This resource is not currently available on this device...." And compared to my old computer, about 20G is missing. I'm guessing the volumes that are available are the new/updated ones since I changed computers. And, yes, Automatic downloads, etc. are enabled- the settings are exactly the same as on my old computer. I have a button to download now, but it wouldn't seem like I'd need to go through and download the whole lot one at a time.

    So it sounds like they haven’t downloaded for some reason (I remember seeing a similar report recently as well)

    To check this, try selecting the NAC series, select them all (click the type entry for the first one and then Ctrl/Cmd-A should select all of them. You should then see an option in the Info panel to download all of that series. Once that is done, they should start appearing in the Passage Guide etc.

    Then, the thing to do would be to select all the resources in your library (assuming you want them all downloaded) by using the same process as above but not having any filter applied.

    Select a series in Library, right-click one of them and select Download. This will make them available on your computer.

    You can select as many resources as you like and have them download (if already downloaded you will see "Remove from this device" instead).

    That's definitely faster than what I could figure out, but outside of some resources I have to have NOW:-) I'm going to see what Logos tells me. I have enough resources that doing this will be very tedious and time consuming. There ought to be a better way.

    I called Logos and it seems likely that I didn't click the right box when installing it initially. I can't imagine not telling it to download everything, but since everything didn't get downloaded, that seems the likely culprit. Yes, it turns out I can select everything and tell it to download it all, but it's a bit fussy where I do that- it appears I can't have anything collapsed, i.e., select a particular commentary. I have to select all the resources in the commentary. Or in my case, the fastest is to use the filter to select all the non-downloaded resources, then right click and download. (got that in their handy dandy video) While Logos' help was useful, having played around based on the information from you folks helped me understand what I needed to do.
