Those are voice recordings of the items listed. They certainly are not his biography, although they use the biography's book cover to promote the recordings.
On the same page is another item with the same title listed for $9.00 but it seems identical to the one you linked to.
Perhaps I was too hasty.
WorldCat says the paperback book runs a mere 50 pages including illustrations, maps, and portraits. It is edited by Philip Ryken. So those mp3s might be what was converted into the book (although, if so, it seems less of a biography and more as a recollection and memorial). The product also contains a booklet. Perhaps that is the cover we are seeing on the site.
