What utility with an Apple Pencil?

So, thanks to a research grant, I'm picking up an iPad, and wondering if Logos, in the year of our Lord 2021, offers any kind of real utility for an Apple Pencil (second gen).

For people who have one, what can you do with it, what do you wish you could do that you can't do, etc.?

    What JT said

I'm not aware of anything you can do in the Logos app with an apple pencil & yet I would be delighted to use it as an apple pencil owner

It’s just an expensive finger.  Although I do like using it.  It seems to be more precise on clicking on words/superscripts vs the finger when font is small.

Have used it the last two years in my Mdiv program. As I read I use it to highlight and in the settings I have it set to send highlights to the class I am currently taking. Nothing you can’t do with a finger but it does ‘feel’ productive.

the GoodNotes app for iPad Pro and the Paperlike screen cover is a wonderful pair.

I've noticed that the app will hang and then crash if you write with it inside the note-taking dialogue window -- but only if the hand writing veers outside of the actual text box. Weird, I know.
