EDITING A HIGHLIGHTING PALLET ON MAC
Hi, I just moved from Windows to Mac and I can see that not all things are equal. For example, some time ago, I created in Logos for windows a pallet with a thicker underline. When I tried to edit it in Mac, I'm realizing that there is no way to do it.
Am I missing something or this is the way it is?
Thank you,
Joseph

FL says that the two platforms are at near parity.

For clarification: A "pallete" is a collection of highlighter styles. I assume that you mean you created a highlighting style in a pallete.
To modify a highlighting style that YOU created, you will control click (the Mac version of a "right click"). See screenshot:

Thank you for your reply, and yes I created a highlight style with a black underline, however, when I want to thicken it, it won't let me. I tried control + click yet it either removes it or adds the same thin line, but it doesn't give me the ability to make it thicker.
What am I doing wrong? In windows it was so easy...

Do you remember how you did it on Windows?
I've just checked and I can't see any mechanism to thicken a line on either platform.
I can make lines single, double, or triple (on either platform) but that produces multiple lines

I still have my windows computer with me. Windows lets me do it by editing-borders and lines. I make it very thick if I wanted to, but in Mac there isn't anything that supports that.

I'm sorry but I have just checked and can't see how to do this on Windows.
Please post a screenshot showing how you are doing this

I know how to snap a picture, but I don't know what to do after that.

In windows, I created a NEW PALLET in the highlighting section. I named it "Blue Thick Underline." After that I scrolled down to "Add a new style", then I scrolled down to "Borders & Lines." Under "solid" there is a line where I can scroll down again and choose the thickness of my choice (from thin to thick).
If I can do this on windows, why I can't do it on Apple (mac)? Apple does not have that feature.

Thank you JT. I know about the paper clip, but what I don't know how to go from taking a snap picture to pasting it on the message.

In the hopes of beating JT to the draw ;-)
If you are using Cmd+Shift+5 to take your screenshot, and if you haven't changed the behaviour from the defaults, the file will be saved to the desktop.
When you click on the Paper Clip you will need to click on 'Choose File' and pick your Screen Shot from the 'Finder' list
Once you have inserted your file then you need to click on
insert and 'Bobs your uncle'.

Thank you - I now understand what you are describing. Sorry I didn't pick up on it before.
As you say, this is available on Windows but not on Mac.
I've just checked and this was reported a couple of years ago - please see https://community.logos.com/forums/t/169231.aspx

OK. So nothing has been done to update Apple?

it does not appear that FL has responded to this issue. Do you have a windows installation? If so, would you mind posting a bug thread with images?

Good idea - will do, but I won't be able to get to it until tomorrow.
And whether it will be seen as a bug or a non-parity issue remains to be seen!
