Is Factbook a fuzzy search by default? Does it do soundex lookups or something?

I found this result rather odd and amusing. Whomst is a fake/humorous/ironic word "created by the internet that, [contrary to popular belief], is NOT in any veritable dictionary. It is an odd contraction of the words 'Whom', the interrogative objective direct pronoun, and the suffix '-st', a common verb conjugation in Victorian London." As I kind of expected, it is not found anywhere in my Logos library. But Factbook has 911 hits!

It used to be fuzzy by default at least. I recall trying to find research on the Donatist heresy. I kept getting returns for "Donation." Thankfully the FL help department showed me how to disable this, and my search results got better. But this might have been L4 or L6 (I know I skipped 5)
