Hover popup missing

While in the NIV bible, I used the Visual filter to show the "propositional outlines". But when I hover over the outline description (Command, Expansion, etc) there is no pop-up to provide me a definition.
The mouse pointer turns to a finger and when I click the word, it opens a "power lookup" window and gives me the message, "no resources in your library contain this reference." But then the resources are in another language??? Not sure what I have done wrong.
Am I just missing the correct resource, is that why the pop-up doesn't work? Or is it a preference that I haven't discovered to turn that popup feature on?
I am using Logos 9.4.0009 on a MacBook Pro M1
I think I have the 9 Gold package, but it is difficult to tell (for me).

The resource you need is 'The Lexham Propositional Outlines Glossary'.
You might like to have a look in your library for it.

My bad ... I just didn't have it downloaded to my laptop. Once it was downloaded, the popup worked.
Thank you for your help! Appreciate it.

Often just asking the question prompts the solution.
Glad it's working for you now.

Have you checked for other undownloaded resources so that you dont have future surprises?
