I have "Faithlife Church Products" unchecked in my email preferences. Why do I keep getting emails on Faithlife Equip? Are our preferences not being honored?

Exactly. It's why i've unsubscribed to all Logos/Faithlife emails. I've been a customer since the mid 90's (and i've spent well over $10,000 over the past 25+ years). I finally gave up on them ever fixing the email problems. It's been this way for years now. Now i get my information from the forums and the Logos Blog (via rss feed). I also have the home page turned off since 90% of what is on the home page is just marketing stuff trying to get me to buy more. I'm not against buying more resources, in fact i have hundreds of resources on more than a dozen Logos Wish Lists, and i scroll though them all every month to see if any sales have reduced the prices on resources i want.

I brought up this issue a couple months ago. It's clear that emails related to church products come via an alternative stream. My theory is that, in my case, I received them because I talked to a sales rep.

    Pater Noster,

We would like to investigate this further.  I am sending you an email.

It's a shame to miss out on the annual $20 birthday coupon, but I guess you've decided that's worth sacrificing.

If I’m not interested or don’t have the time to read it it’s super easy to ignore it and delete it.  I have never made a big deal out of this.  We get so much spam on a daily basis and we just delete it.  But that’s just me simplifying things.
