How can i see my personal books on my Iphone/Ipad ?

At this time one cannot view their personal books in the iOS app. I think Logos is working on this but they have not given a timetable as to when we will see this functionality. I know I am looking forward to it.

I love Logos, but this is my biggest disappointment with software.
I would love to hear from the Logos folks directly on this myself. It is sort of useless to create personal books and not be able to "take" them with you when you go mobile.

Bob has spoken about this already. The ability to sync personal books, and then view them on mobile, is on their "to do" list. As you can imagine, however, adding all these personal books to their servers will not be an inexpensive endeavor. Some have suggested using third party cloud services… and there are pros & cons for doing so. Either way, we aren't likely to see personal books on mobile until they sync on desktop. If your only need is to be able to read these resources, you can always create a PDF version and view it that way.
I get around this problem by using the Remote Desktop software to access my desktop computer and read through that. It is not an ideal solution but at least I can carry my personal books with me. I also long for the day when it will be available on the iOS.
