Mine updated to version 9.5 today. Perhaps yours did as well but crashed during the install....

I'd contact Customer Support about this (via their online chat).

I’ve had this error a couple of times in the past and a reboot and try again worked each time.
Sadly, none of the above worked. A call to support offered the solution to manually install the update. I continued to get the same error message. I eventually took the evening to uninstall LOGOS and do a complete reinstall. I did it in two steps - first installing just the most important resources and, after verifying that all had gone well, installing the rest of my library. I am now happilyly at LOGOS 9.5 SR-1.
Well done. But it appears that Support did not diagnose the issue on your computer?
