Purchased Preaching Suite - Faithlife Connect - Can no longer just purchase library.

As per the title, following purchasing Preaching Suite Essentials, I no longer have the option as a Connect subscriber to purchase just base package libraries. This has ramped up my purchase costs for the base packages as they now include the feature set that I already have access to as a subscriber.

Is this as intended?

    I can confirm this on my side as well. For clarification: 

    1. Prior to purchase, I was able to choose packages without the "full feature set." 
    2. I purchased the Preaching Suite Essentials
    3. The library packages now do not have the ability to choose without the "full feature set."

    That's a new one. I'm glad it's been resolved.

    Unofrtunately, they also forgot to let us Verbum Now subscribers buy Preaching Suites as Libraries.

    Unofrtunately, they also forgot to let us Verbum Now subscribers buy Preaching Suites as Libraries.

    I'm a Logos Now Subscriber and when I purchased a Preaching Suite on Wednesday I also did NOT see a Library only option. Wondering if I should contact Customer Service after the holiday weekend and suggest a refund/repurchase.

    I never saw a library only option for the Preaching Suite either, that is not what this thread was about.

    Sounds like a yes since you may have paid for features you already subscribe to, unless you don't mind owning them now.

    Okay, so you meant you no longer saw it anywhere, not just these packages.

    Correct - the problem was with the regular denomination base packages.

    It never even occurred to me that these new Suites should have that division also. Arguably they should - but that was not the problem I was reporting.

    I still don't have the ability to remove the full feature set from the cart. The price remained the same as 2 days ago.
    Not fixed yet.

    Why isn't this package have a "library only" option? 

    I thought it was FL's promise not to charge twice? If I'm already subscribed to Connect, why do i have to pay again for the features. Not only that my connect subscription just renewed few days ago and I see less and less benefits from it. Almost nothing. People are throwing $100 at FL just because.

    I am sorry to hear that you are having this problem, Mike.

    I am not able to duplicate it.

    This may sound like I am suggesting the obvious, but I recommend using the back arrow to see if the option for "Remove" becomes available, as well as refreshing your browser.

    There was no option to remove the "Feature Set" while in the cart. Even all the way to the final check out.

    I tried refreshing, removing browser's add-ons, hitting back button, used different browser and other things... Nope.

    Although it did appear at the final confirmation after paying. This is not right.

    Mike, I concur that I wish there had been a Library only option!

    However, I don't think allowing/enticing me to PURCHASE what I have only been RENTING is a challenge to the never BUY the same resource twice. If I rent a 2021 Ford mustang while on vacation and so fall in love with the vehicle that I decide to purchase one, I do not expect the dealer to discount the amount that I had paid for my rental. I admit that my analogy breaks down if I buy a 2021 Mustang while at the same time I'm still paying rent and using the one from my vacation. In essence the 2 items are separate barters.

    I believe that Customer Service has already helped you with this, but just let us know if you need further help.
