Please Help: Sermon Builder Questions

I actually like the simplicity of the Sermon Builder and have found it very useful, but I have a couple of questions that would make my work more efficient.

1. I can use ctrl+alt+number keys to change the styles among the various heading options; however, I would like to know if there is a shortcut for the "Blockquote," "Illustration," and "Prompt" styles.

2. I like to have each verse completely separated from the one before and after to leave room for me to add notes for each verse, so I have to do rev 16 1 Enter, rev 16 2 Enter, rev 16 3 Enter, etc... It is of course more convenient to just input rev 16 1-21, but this puts all of the verses in one big box and doesn't seem to allow for style changes or complete separation. Is there a way to input rev 16 1-21, and then break up the verses so that they look like it would if I did the individual verses?

Any help would be appreciated.

So no one knows anything about sermon builder? Even a definitive "it's not possible" for either or both of the above would be helpful. At least I would know. I'm just afraid I'm missing something simple.

For number one question I don’t now. For number two maybe you can enter one verse hit enter type your notes after the verse and then insert your next verse press enter and write your other notes after it and so on and so forth. That may work.

I simplify more than you do. I write out my outline on Microsoft word and then just copy and paste it into the sermon editor. Too raw for me to mess with it. They still haven’t brought it up to par with the quality and legacy of this premium software. It should be better to be honest.

In 9.5 SR1 a user can now edit within a Scripture block. This changes the block from a "Scripture" [blue left line] to a "Quote" [grey left line]

But the snip below shows Eph 2:8-10 as imported, and AFTER I clicked edit and added some hard returns. However the whole block is still considered 1 blockquote.

I don’t think you can add notes, though. Editing is very limited and if you quoted from a commentary and you try to edit it, it automatically deactivates the hyperlink to the commentary.

I concur that editing is limited (I also normally write in WORD them import. but inserting hard returns and notating a passage are now available.

Sermon Builder
- Added the ability to edit passage blocks and resource quote blocks.
- Auto-publish will now be updated when the occasion date changes.
- Hitting ENTER twice will now escape Block Quote styling and go back to Normal style.
