The web app has stopped working. I am unable to access my library. This is happening in both Chrome and Firefox

I've just checked on Chrome and it is working fine for me so it's not a general problem.
Where are you located? There was a separate report of a potentially network related issue in the UK a few minutes ago

I've just seen a news report of lots of websites and content delivery networks having stopped working - and they are just starting to come back.
I suggest you leave it for a bit and see if it starts working again
